Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

5. Payment Information — Billing details handled by trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Free geometric face scans run in your browser. The photo and landmark mesh are not uploaded for that scan. You must confirm that you are 18 or older and have permission to use the adult subject's photo. If you choose to save a measurement on your device (for example in the pupillary distance, canthal tilt or symmetry tools), only the resulting numbers and the date are kept in your browser's local storage, up to 10 per tool; no photo or face points are stored, nothing is sent to us, and you can clear them from the tool at any time.

Optional free perceived-age and color-season tools ask for separate permission before sending the selected photo to DeepSeek. MyStyleLens does not persist the uploaded photo or the observation result for these tools.

When you choose a paid Face Report, we ask separately for permission to send your photo and approximate measurements to DeepSeek for analysis and to our image-generation provider for styling images. That provider is currently ModelsLab; we may instead use Google Gemini, and reports you authorized before this change continue to use Google Gemini. The report, source photo and generated files use private storage and are accessible only to the owning account or the browser holding the report access cookie. Draft reports expire after 1 day; reports linked to checkout expire after 30 days. Expired reports are immediately inaccessible and their files are removed by subsequent cleanup runs. You can delete your report earlier from its report screen. Payment records are retained separately for transaction and accounting purposes.

Optional image styling tools send a photo and your instructions to ModelsLab only after you agree. The source photo is deleted as soon as the generated image is stored; uploads that are never generated or taken to checkout expire after 2 hours, and generated results after 7 days. Subsequent cleanup runs remove expired files. Before any photo is sent to an AI provider, for these tools or the paid Face Report, you must enter a year of birth showing you are 18 or older, and the provider is instructed not to edit photos of people who appear to be under 18. The year of birth is used only for that check and is not stored.

We use the email you enter at checkout to deliver the PDF report through our configured email provider, Resend. Payment card details are processed by Stripe or Creem; they are not stored by MyStyleLens. We do not use your photos to train our own models or publish them as examples.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
